Media Designer

Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking a Media Designer to join our team! This role is responsible for creating print and digital graphics for enrollment and ongoing client new hire communications. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage multiple priorities and projects, working independently or following creative direction. Works as part of the Communications Team with frequent interaction with the Winston Account teams. Attend daily meetings and provide regular project status updates to manager. Meets project deadlines and delivers a quality product. Learn our project management software, proofing platform and other proprietary job ticketing system. Design print and online materials, including guidebooks, flyers, postcards, posters, email communications, digital banner ads, and presentations.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills.
- Proficiency using MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A strong portfolio of both print and digital design work.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional design experience.
- Ability to identify client brand styles and seamless incorporate them into your design.
- Skilled in print production
Nice To Haves
