About The Position

The Media Data Operations Manager at Mediahub will lead efforts to streamline operations related to data, analytics, and reporting. This role is crucial for ensuring that investment teams align their data management practices with platform requirements, focusing on both operational and analytical aspects. The manager will collaborate across various teams to maintain high data quality for internal and client reporting needs, while also developing processes and mentoring a team of data operation specialists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or finance.
  • 4+ years of experience in a data or operations-related role.
  • 2+ years of media agency experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data and its impact on quality downstream.
  • Experience working across various teams and navigating large organizations.
  • Highly flexible and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to engage resources outside of direct control to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, monitor, and govern the quality of the data in our data platform used for reporting and analytics.
  • Act as the data platform subject matter expert (SME) within investment teams and guide decision-making based on platform requirements.
  • Assist investment teams with data management tasks to ensure consistency across all teams.
  • Lead meetings with investment teams to understand media campaign setups.
  • Review data quality and governance reports, addressing data issues with stakeholders.
  • Assist the data governance team in communicating standards and best practices to investment teams.
  • Communicate with partners on expected data deliverables and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with the data governance team to develop new data quality alerts and process improvements.
  • Oversee a team of data operation specialists.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
