About The Position
Gravity Media is seeking a Media Coordinator to join our Asset Management team stationed within the Riot Games facility in Seattle, WA. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate tagging of active live e-sport broadcasts, particularly for League of Legends and Valorant events. The Media Coordinator will support sponsors and producers by providing clips and footage, while also ensuring that feeds are recorded and monitored for quality control purposes. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for retrospectively tagging and adding metadata to previous broadcasts for archival purposes, adhering to established naming conventions. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and a passion for metadata inputting and archiving. This position requires a clear and confident communicator who can adapt quickly to on-air changes and maintain composure under pressure. The Media Coordinator will execute day-to-day media management activities using internal platforms at the Remote Broadcast Center, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's live event productions from pre-production through to completion. This role is integral to the Asset Management team and reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager at the remote broadcast center. The successful candidate will be embedded as on-site Gravity staff at the Riot Games remote broadcast center, working across live esport broadcasts that focus on championships and tournaments from around the globe. The Media Coordinator will utilize the latest technology in one of the most advanced remote broadcast centers in the world, ensuring that all media management tasks are performed with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
