Walton Isaacson, LLC is seeking a Media Assistant to provide administrative support to its media operations across multiple clients and new business. This role involves tracking advertising projects from start to finish to ensure efficiency and accurate record-keeping. The Media Assistant will also help media planners and buyers develop, execute, and monitor media plans. The ideal candidate must be well-organized with strong research skills and an eye for detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required
  • Major in Advertising, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Experience working with MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Good research skills along with a keen eye for details
  • Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our media operations across multiple clients and new business
  • Track advertising projects from start to finish to ensure efficiency and accurate record-keeping
  • Help media planners and buyers develop, execute, and monitor media plans
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other paperwork as needed
  • Create and monitor media campaigns
  • Ensure billing procedures run smoothly working across agency disciplines (i.e., Finance)
  • Conduct research to collect useful media data (e.g. MRI Simmons, Nielsen, IAB, additional agency tools)
  • Resolve issues and help build strong relationships with media partners
  • Take on planning and buying tasks as assigned by the Media Planner and Buyers
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with WI’s standards of conduct
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business
