About The Position

Join our Media Operations & Service Excellence teams as we roll out a brand-new Media Asset Management (MAM) system! As the Media Asset Management Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience with digital media workflows, content organization, video operations, and system testing — all while contributing to impactful ministry-driven media. This internship is ideal for students studying Digital Media, Broadcasting, Film/TV, Communication, Information Science, or related programs who want practical experience in media technology and production workflows.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Interest in media systems, content workflows, digital organization, or production
  • Detail‑oriented, curious, and eager to learn technical processes
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Passionate about contributing to a mission‑driven media environment

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with media ingest, transferring and preparing digital assets for use
  • Performing metadata tagging to ensure content is organized, searchable, and easy to retrieve
  • Supporting workflow testing to help the team refine and validate new processes
  • Helping with basic video editing and preparing assets for internal use
  • Reviewing and organizing media to align with defined production workflows
  • Providing hands-on feedback during configuration, testing, and system refinement
  • Collaborating with ministry‑minded media teams to support operational excellence
