The Media and Social Marketing Manager leads the creation, facilitation and/or execution of multi-channel media and social plans for USAA's Brand Marketing. The role focuses on Digital and Social campaigns including but not limited to programmatic, Meta and TikTok. Duties include creation of the marketing strategy (including paid media and owned social) as well as implementation of media planning, buying, and campaign optimization. Responsibilities also include pulling and analyzing performance procure data driven insights to drive innovation and optimizations as well as channel management and budget management. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
