The Media & Ad Operations Supervisor is a senior, cross-functional leader responsible for the seamless execution of complex, large-scale media campaigns from strategy through activation, optimization, and reporting. This role sits at the intersection of media account management and ad operations, serving as the operational backbone of the account while partnering closely with Client Service, Media Strategy, Search, Social, Creative, Data, and Technology teams. This individual brings a strong understanding of digital media activation and advertising technology, translating media strategy into an executable operational plan while ensuring flawless delivery, technical accuracy, and high-quality client service. The Supervisor plays a critical role in improving processes, mentoring teams, and supporting account and agency leadership to drive business results.
