About The Position
As a Medication Technician at our community, you will play a vital role in providing warm and engaging personal care services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitoring changes in their personal care needs, and updating their personal Resident Care Plans. You will also encourage resident participation in community programs and activities, ensuring they feel supported and engaged in their daily lives.
