About The Position
The essential functions of the job for the Medication Technician require compliance with standards of business conduct in accordance with federal, state, and local health and regulatory standards and guidelines. The position necessitates a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work well with peers, and the utmost compassion and dignity towards residents. In exigent circumstances, the employee may be subject to call back during emergencies. Adherence to attendance policies and the Employee Handbook is mandatory. The technician must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English, and must maintain high standards in caring for residents and their families.
