Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience, additional training will be provided.
• Candidates must also be at least 18 years of age
• Possess basic computer skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in English through speaking, reading, and writing.
• Demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with their medication administration according to individual care plans.
• Accurately document all medications administered and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families, ensuring a positive and caring environment at all times.
