About The Position

As a Care Suites Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate care by assisting with medication administration for up to 30 residents, as directed by their medical providers. You will build strong connections with residents by learning their unique needs, routines, and personalities, becoming a familiar and trusted presence in their lives. You will also serve as a point person on shift, collaborating closely with the RN and guiding other caregivers. The company provides robust, hands-on training and onboarding to ensure new hires are confident, prepared, and fully supported before working independently.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of experience providing care as a Caregiver preferably in a long-term care environment
  • Med Pass experience in a facility setting required
  • Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification
  • Computer skills, including previous experience with clinical software programs

Nice To Haves

  • Med Tech/Aide or Certified Medication Aide experience is preferred
