Who you are: Completion of a State-approved Caregivers Classs approve throught the NCIA Board. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English Basic math skills and accurate documentation ability Prior experience in senior care or assisted living Able to obtain or have current CPR/First Aide certification Able to obtain or have Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Able to obtain or have Food Handler’s Card Valid TB Test Job Summary: Accurately prepare, administer, and chart oral, topical, and suppository medications Ensure all medications are administered as prescribed, following proper protocols Verify medication information against orders and labels for accuracy Clearly identify residents before administering medications Maintain proper documentation of medications and treatments provided When you enter a community managed by Life Care Services, you’ll immediately feel the warmth of our Hospitality Promises: We greet you warmly, by name and with a smile. Requirements

Completion of a State-approved Caregivers Classs approve throught the NCIA Board.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
Basic math skills and accurate documentation ability
Prior experience in senior care or assisted living
Able to obtain or have current CPR/First Aide certification
Able to obtain or have Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Able to obtain or have Food Handler’s Card
Valid TB Test
