Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of dementia and memory care best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in assisted living and independent living settings.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
