Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend's Approach to dementia care.
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.
• Assist in daily living activities for elderly residents.
• Ensure confidentiality and a commitment to continuous learning and skill improvement.
