Requirements

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Certified in medication administration per state specific requirements.
• Certified as Certified Nursing Assistant/Certified Home Health Aide where required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) as needed.
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in scheduled programs and activities.
