About The Position

Juniper is now offering DailyPay, allowing associates to be paid on-demand without waiting until payday. We are currently offering a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time associates who are already certified. The sign-on bonus structure includes $250 after 30 days, $250 after 90 days, and $500 after one year. Full-time positions are available from 3 pm to 11 pm or 11 pm to 7 am, with every other weekend required. Part-time positions are available from 7 am to 3 pm or 11 pm to 7 am, also requiring every other weekend. The starting pay is $17.00 per hour (if trained), with bonus opportunities and higher rates available for experienced caregivers. Requirements

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Medication Tech Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
