About The Position

The MedTech Lead/Staff Scheduler at Madonna Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care is responsible for overseeing care staff schedules, managing medication-related tasks, and ensuring compliance with care policies. Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with medication passing and management.
• 1 year of staff scheduling experience required.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language.
• Reliable transportation for travel to assessments and outreach, with a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all care staff schedules, including monthly schedules, time off requests, and call-off reports.
• Support the care department with medication room and chart audits and medication-related escalation issues.
• Maintain work pace appropriate to workload and perform activities on schedule.
• Manage and maintain staff schedule in the scheduling system.
• Conduct tours and assist with resident care as needed.
• Maintain resident, employee, and community confidentiality; abide by HIPAA laws.
• Monitor associates in the administration of medication, including frequent audits of medication records.
• Participate in New Hire Orientation program and other regular staff meetings or functions.
