As a Med Tech / Resident Assistant (RA), you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every single day. From assisting residents with their daily needs to administering medications safely and accurately, your role is essential in fostering dignity, comfort, and joy. We’re looking for caring, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals who want to grow in a supportive and team-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Medication Aide/Med Tech certification valid in Kansas (required)
  • Listed in good standing on the Kansas Nurse Aide Registry (CNA required for RA/Med Tech duties)
  • CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • One year of assisted living or healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Safely administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation per Kansas regulations
  • Observe residents for changes in condition and report promptly to nursing leadership
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, incontinence care
  • Support residents with meals, snacks, and activities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming dining experience
  • Respond quickly to resident call systems and emergencies
  • Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living environments
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally with residents, families, and team members
