About The Position
The Phoenix at Braselton is seeking Med Techs to join their team! This position involves working with residents to identify ongoing needs and services through the assessment and Personalized Service Plan (PSP) process. Med Techs will ensure proper follow-through and documentation for residents with changes in clinical care needs, support the Wellness Nurse with clinical sections of monthly wellness visits, and inform the Wellness Director or Executive Director of any changes in medication or service levels. Additionally, Med Techs will assist with obtaining weights and vital signs monthly for each resident prior to the completion of the monthly wellness visit and provide resident care as needed.
