About The Position

Glacier Hills is seeking Med Tech/Care Assistants (Anam Cara) for its community in Ann Arbor. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess superior customer service skills and professionalism.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of resident care information and comply with all THSC HIPAA policy and procedures.
• Ensure all Residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Provide all activities of daily living to the Residents, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed within ordered timeframes.
• Communicate regularly and timely with other members of the Community and the Residents.
• Report all allegations of resident abuse, neglect, and/or misappropriation of resident property.
• Conduct light housekeeping as needed including upkeep of community and resident rooms.
