About The Position

Generalist MT position including Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Clinical Microscopy, Coagulation, Immunology, Special Chemistry, and Microbiology.

Requirements

• BS degree in Medical Technology or related science field (must meet requirements for MT certification)
• MT certification by ASCP, AMT or AAB or other nationally recognized certification agency
• New graduates must pass one of the national certification exams within 18 months of hire
• Competency assessment and continuing education in laboratory sciences required throughout employment
• Maintenance of certification is required during employment with Archbold Medical Center
• Experience as deemed necessary to be accordance with certification by the Georgia Department of Human Resources
