About The Position

This is a 13-week contract. 12-hour Nights 1900-0730 (36 or 48-hour options, OT is not billable until after 48 if choosing 48s) Ratios: - 1:4/ 1:5 Responsibilities: We practice Care in place which means that our patients range from Med-surg level of care to intermediate level of care. Evaluating medical information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre and post-surgery patients. The Adult Medical Surgical RN is responsible to the Clinical Manager for the assigned Adult Medical Surgical Unit.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in a MedSurg Unit
• Oregon RN license (in the good record)
• Evidence of BLS credential mandatory
• Can utilize specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpret and record measurements

Responsibilities

• Evaluating medical information
• Providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre and post-surgery patients
• Responsible to the Clinical Manager for the assigned Adult Medical Surgical Unit
