Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to professionalism and high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Perform individualized patient assessments and report abnormal findings
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care following established protocols
- Accurately document patient care, interventions, and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
- Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality at all times
- Collaborate across departments to support overall patient care
