Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (acute care preferred; LTAC experience acceptable)
- Active RN license in the State of Florida (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- BLS certification required
- ACLS preferred (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- BSN preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and nursing diagnoses
- Deliver and coordinate evidence-based care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery expectations
- Advocate for patient safety and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure efficient use of clinical resources while maintaining high-quality standards
