About The Position

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience required.

  • 1 year of medical terminology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Schedule treatments and maintain a smooth flow of spa operations during shifts.
  • Illustrate the benefits of services to develop customer loyalty.
  • Present and sell products and services professionally through product knowledge.
  • Assist patients with financial information regarding funds, membership balances, and rewards.
  • Respond promptly to communications via email, text, and phone.
  • Perform front office inventory to ensure all materials are stocked for operations.
