About The Position
We offer a strong base pay and high commission plus incentives with potential earnings of $75,000 to $95,000 a year. We are a fast-growing medical spa company with three successful locations and more on the way, and we’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Client Consultant Specialist to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be part of a company that is scaling quickly and actively promotes strong performers into leadership, management, and multi-location roles. Job Description As a Client Consultant Specialist, you will play a key part in our growth by welcoming client,building strong relationships, and driving sales of memberships, packages, injectables, and wellness programs. You will become an expert in our services and technologies, helping clients understand their options and guiding them toward the best solutions for their goals. You will interact with clients across multiple channels—including in-person consultations, phone calls, emails, and events—while creating an exceptional experience that strengthens loyalty and retention. Your role is essential to our company’s success, and as we continue opening new locations, you will have many opportunities for advancement based on performance, professionalism, and leadership potential. This position is ideal for someone who is ambitious, passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, and eager to grow with a company that is just getting started.
