• A passion for wellness, aesthetic treatments, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service and adhere to company standards.
• Conduct employee orientation to familiarize new hires with policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Oversee the cash register and POS systems with Meevo Medspa Software to ensure accurate transactions and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and sell services, products and packages effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil environment for clients.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends to keep services relevant and competitive.
