Medication Nurse (Med Pass) – Part-Time Evenings LPN or RN Looking for a flexible, low-stress nursing role that fits perfectly into your evenings? Karcher Post Acute is hiring a Part-Time Medication Nurse (Med Pass) to support our residents during evening hours. This role is ideal for nurses who want consistent supplemental income, a predictable schedule, and meaningful patient interaction—without the demands of a full-time position. This is a PART-TIME position only. Shifts are available every day of the week from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license (required)
- Medication administration experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
Responsibilities
- Accurately administer medications to residents during evening med pass
- Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects
- Document medication administration per facility policy
- Communicate with the care team to ensure continuity of care
- Provide calm, compassionate care during evening hours
