About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides care for patients admitted for substance overdose, abuse, and detoxification. The patient population served tends to have multiple diagnoses requiring the RN to work closely with all of our hospitalists as well as our psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care. The RN will utilize the nursing process in the provision of care and will practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and the policies, procedures and standards of the Health System.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current, active license to practice in Arkansas required.
• Must have one year of experience in med surg.
• Proof of high school or equivalent or higher education required.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Certification preferred.
• Basic keyboarding skills preferred.
