About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required with completion of an accredited Medical Assisting Program.
• Medical Assistant and CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience working in a physician office.
• Possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
• Demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a medical office setting under the direction of a physician.
