About The Position

The Mechconnect Estimator position is responsible for interpreting customer prints and developing cost estimates. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify suppliers, research component costs, and estimate labor times to build assemblies per customer requirements
• Interface with customers and internal departments to determine and resolve issues related to manufacturability of customer product
• Research and source tooling for needed components
• Contact customers as needed about manufacture ability and alternative solutions
• Complete quotes in a timely manner.
