The Mechanical Utility Field Planner serves as the owner’s representative and primary field authority for complex mechanical utility infrastructure projects. This role provides oversight for construction activities involving gas distribution, district energy, potable and reclaimed water, wastewater systems, and lift station rehabilitation. The position manages multiple concurrent projects, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures work is performed safely, in compliance with standards, and with minimal operational impact. The role is essential to maintaining system reliability, protecting existing infrastructure, and resolving complex field issues through strong coordination and safety leadership. This role reports to the Manager of Projects, Mechanical.
