As a Mechanical Training Instructor, you’ll be the go-to expert delivering hands-on, high-impact training to technicians across the country. This role is all about teaching—not sitting behind a desk. You’ll travel, engage, and make a real difference in workforce capability.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical knowledge: pumps, valves, drive trains, pneumatics, hydraulics, and more.
  • Prior experience as an instructor with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a hands-on environment.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 100%).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead interactive mechanical training sessions that inspire confidence and competence.
  • Set the tone for success—create engaging, positive learning environments.
  • Travel nationwide to deliver training at client sites.
  • Prepare and set up training equipment for classroom and hands-on sessions.
  • Monitor class evaluations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
