The team fosters innovation and drives engineering workflows of the future, shared solutions and standards, simplicity and lower costs, and manufacturable design. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight. As part of a small, hardworking, passionate, diverse, and accomplished team of experts, you will be responsible for composite testing in the M&P Labs. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight. The M&P Lab Engineering team develops laboratory standard operating procedures and On-the-job-training (OJT’s); partners closely with Process Engineering to develop in-process verification test processes; executes standard materials testing; partners closely with Operations Engineering to rapidly resolve Operations issues and support non-standard testing; and partners closely with other M&P Engineering teams and Program stakeholders.
