About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems in all areas of the brewery. This is a night shift position with the working hours of 6pm-6am. There is an additional $6.00 shift differential added between the working hours of 6pm-6am.

Requirements

High school diploma plus 1-2 years of related mechanical/electrical experience in manufacturing, or high-speed packaging environments preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience working with high-speed automated equipment
Basic to intermediate electrical troubleshooting skills.
Basic math and writing skills
Ability to be part of on-call mechanical program
Ability to read and interpret, instructions, policies, and regulations
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80lbs. and carry objects weighing up to 47lbs up to 100 feet.
Ability to push/pull weights up to 75 lbs. and maintain the grip strength required to carry objects including buckets and boxes.
Must show fine motor dexterity.
Demonstrate their ability to climb stairs, stoop, crawl, twist, squat and reach overhead.
The position requires frequent, constant standing and walking.

Responsibilities

Maintains, troubleshoots, and repair high-speed brewery production equipment.
Performs diagnostics and repairs on pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes, and other brewery mechanical systems.
Research repair/replacement parts and installs equipment
Assists other mechanics when needed.
Other duties as assigned
