About The Position

As a Mechanical Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Troubleshoot/repair mechanical equipment and components, hydraulic/pneumatic equipment, electrical equipment, web handling systems, pumps, etc. Implement and improve preventive maintenance procedures. Determines parts, tools, and supplies necessary for the jobs. Implement PM procedures minimizing down time. Supporting management with scrutiny of all maintenance spending and proper parts inventory. Ensure all machine tool equipment is maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

Requirements

• Possess a Two (2) year Technical Degree/Diploma or higher in a Mechanical Discipline from an accredited institution OR be in the last six months of completing an associate’s degree in a technical discipline such as Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, Wind Energy Tech.
• One (1) year of Industrial Maintenance experience.
• Interested and available to work 12-hour shifts on days or nights, depending on availability.

Nice To Haves

• Three (3) years of Industrial Maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform basic machining, fabrication, welding, pipe fitting, and millwright tasks.
