We are currently hiring skilled and dependable candidates for a Full-Time Mechanical Technical Assistant role. This position is well suited for individuals with prior electrical experience who want to broaden their mechanical knowledge while earning certification and advancing in a stable, in-demand trade. Training Schedule & Certification Opportunities throughout the state of Texas Paid, structured training provided Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training Certification issued after successful completion of the training program Training begins at the end of April 2026 Interviews will be conducted remotely Role Summary Support experienced mechanical technicians with installation, servicing, and repair of mechanical systems Apply existing electrical skills while learning mechanical operations and equipment Maintain safe, organized work environments and job sites Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and technical standards Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
