Can you keep complex machinery alive under pressure? Picture this: a conveyor is backing up, a crane needs attention, and a hydraulic circuit is behaving erratically. You triage, diagnose, and fix—safely and efficiently—so production never misses a beat. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, this role is for you. Your mission Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair plant mechanical assets: hydraulic and pneumatic systems, lubrication networks, power transmission components, conveyors, cranes, and mobile equipment. Operate and work with specialized tools and mobile equipment, including pendant and overhead cranes and forklifts. Support operations when needed to sustain continuous production. Tackle tasks independently with minimal supervision or collaborate with fellow maintenance technicians, depending on scope. Work safely at heights and, when required, in confined spaces. Move across multiple plant areas and conditions—hot, cold, wet, greasy, dirty, and noisy—while maintaining a strong safety mindset.
