Role Snapshot On-site: Ripon, WI Standard Work Hours: Monday – Thursday, 3pm – 1pm Pay: $30.97 – $34.53 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications—reflecting the importance of this role. Impact You’ll Make Service, repair, and maintain industrial equipment using hand/power tools and precision measuring/testing equipment per diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer specifications. Diagnose and resolve issues across motors; advanced hydraulic & pneumatic systems; welding equipment; pumps; conveyors; and production machines. Prepare and commission new machines following documented protocols. Execute routine safety and performance tests to ensure reliability. Collect and interpret operational data to drive improvement. Recommend and implement actions that reduce downtime. Accurately record activities and equipment history in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). What Helps You Succeed Two-year associate degree with 2–4 years of applicable experience. Comfort using computers to locate parts and manage CMMS work orders.
