About The Position

Aegis Worldwide is partnering with an Indiana manufacturer specializing in tactical fuel and water systems. Step into a role where you take ideas from first sketch to fully documented, shop-ready designs that perform in demanding environments. A day in this role Your morning starts by reviewing customer and industry specifications, aligning requirements with practical design paths. You translate concepts into detailed CAD, host milestone reviews with stakeholders, and shape a complete bill of materials that production can trust. Midday, you run CAE/CFD analyses to validate performance and reliability, then refine models based on results. In the afternoon, you release precise manufacturing drawings, consult with the machine shop to confirm manufacturability, and provide post-build support as assemblies come together. Along the way, you capture system interfaces in clean mechanical/electrical schematics and collaborate with vendors to incorporate the right technologies at the right cost and timeline.
