About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for an Entry-Level Engineer to join our team in Mesa, AZ. Vertical Lift Attack Engineering is looking for an Mechanical System Design and Analysis Engineer to support the Environmental Control System (ECS) team. The ECS team is responsible for the design and support of Vapor Cycle Cooling and Pressurized Air Systems on Attack Platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
• This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

• Design and support of Environmental Control System (ECS) components
• Design of future Environmental Control System (ECS) components
• Ability to interface with and communicate with technical and non-technical teams
