Job SummaryThe Mechanical Superintendent plays a critical leadership role within our mechanical-focused construction team, overseeing all aspects of installation on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. This position is responsible for managing field operations, supervising crews, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality and code compliance throughout each phase of the project. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and proficiency across all divisions of work within the mechanical scope, including: some plumbing, HVAC, Duct, Millwright, Rigging, Sheet Metal, Pipe Fitting, Fabrication, Insulating, and Welding. A strong foundation in technical knowledge, field coordination, and construction sequencing is essential. The Mechanical Superintendent must also demonstrate excellent communication skills to lead teams effectively, interface with project managers and trades, and ensure seamless execution on the jobsite.
