About The Position
The position involves supervising all direct responsibilities of the Assistant Superintendent(s), Mechanical QC Manager, Foreman, and craft labor. The role requires overseeing the project's construction process, logistics, and coordination of material deliveries. It is essential to ensure that all project team members are knowledgeable and engaged in project safety standards. The position also includes assisting the Project Manager with the generation of the Site Accident Prevention Plan and Safety Program Management Binder, maintaining high levels of project cleanliness, and managing safety training for all workers on the project.
