About The Position

Our client is a distinguished firm that has earned a reputation for excellence and has been featured on Oregon’s Best Places to Work list. They are now seeking a Mechanical Service Sales Representative to join their high-performing team. The Mechanical Service Sales Representative will be responsible for selling service contracts to commercial office, education (K-12 and higher ed), multifamily, healthcare, and other commercial customers. The successful candidate will assess the need, age, and condition of systems (which may involve some roof work for inspections) and create appropriate contingency or blanket service contracts.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the building system arena, with a focus on HVAC
  • Strong professional communication and presentation skills
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and their components is preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding
  • Self-disciplined, motivated, and organized
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred degree in a relevant field
