We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven ability to successfully initiate, execute, track and close projects in a Mechanical Services environment. This position will have ownership of project work from start to finish, owning and managing each step along the way. If that sounds like you, YOU could be who we're looking for!

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial mechanical construction industry.
Capable of making independent decisions, while still maintaining a team-focused mentality.
Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent organizational and strong verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

Manage project turnovers from the Estimating team and input data into our project software.
Develop and submit Schedule of Values (SOV) for approval before project work begins.
Oversee project costs, approve invoices, and ensure ECAC is current.
Attend jobsite meetings and coordinate schedules with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure approved change orders before implementing changes.
Champion company policies, goals, and safe working conditions on all projects.
Identify and relay sales opportunities to the sales team.
Collaborate with MBS for PMA opportunities before job turnovers.
