What you will be doing: Work directly under Senior Project Manager Project planning, scheduling and coordination Safety and quality control management Accurate forecasting and management of budgets Change order management Managing critical subcontractors Submittal and RFI Management Equipment Procurement Resolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administration Interface with other departments (Design, Purchasing, Fabrication) to maintain clear communication and ensure proper flow of information and correspondence What you need for this position: 1-3 years of construction experience on commercial sites College graduate Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, and in the use of scheduling and construction software, i.e., MS Project, Plan Grid, Bluebeam, etc. Ready to join the team? Requirements
- 1-3 years of construction experience on commercial sites
- College graduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, and in the use of scheduling and construction software, i.e., MS Project, Plan Grid, Bluebeam, etc.
