Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing Design and Project Management
• Ability to put together complete sets of biddable construction documents
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain client relationships
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit MEP
• Experience in various project types and market sectors
• Ability to multitask between different projects and adaptability to changing technologies, codes, and tools
• Demonstrate a passion for mentorship

Nice To Haves

• Experience with complex mechanical systems
• Experience with data centers, medical, k-12, and municipal
• Experience with proposal writing and client development
• LEED certified professional
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer in the State of California

Responsibilities

• Project Management
• Running point on proposals for your clients and contributing to proposals for secondary markets
• Overseeing some projects as a primary point of contact for the client
• Engaging with clients and leading project team on projects from kick-off to completion of construction
• Formulate a cohesive design solution within scheduled timelines and project budget
• Developing client relationships through quality of service and project delivery
• Engage new clients and industry events to develop new business opportunities
• Direct supervisor to the assigned design team
• Mentoring and training for your team
