About The Position

You’ll design full mechanical and plumbing systems for modular buildings that move from Revit → fabrication → installation faster than traditional construction. This is hands‑on engineering where your decisions directly impact production efficiency, building performance, and project delivery. Requirements

• 5–10+ years in mechanical/plumbing building‑systems design
• Strong Revit experience (required)
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, hospitality, or modular/off‑site construction
• PE preferred (NV/CA/AZ/TX) or ability to obtain
• Comfortable working on‑site with engineering + fabrication teams

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC, VRF, plumbing, drainage, and fire suppression systems
• Produce coordinated Revit models for fabrication
• Develop specifications, budgets, and technical reports
• Lead designers/drafters and set discipline standards
• Support permitting, QA, and field coordination
• Innovate beyond traditional stick‑built methods
