Requirements

• Understanding of machinery and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
• Proficiency in developing and executing maintenance schedules.
• Skill in reading and interpreting mechanical schematics.
• Experience with hand and power tools for repairs.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in machinery.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to use CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly to prevent production interruptions.
• Repair or replace faulty mechanical components, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Work closely with electrical maintenance teams and production staff to coordinate maintenance efforts.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
