About The Position
The Mechanical Maintenance Associate position at International Paper involves assisting journeyman-level mechanics in routine maintenance work and performing various duties independently. Responsibilities include replacing valves and gaskets, basic welding, repacking pumps and valves, forklift operations, screwed pipe and tubing installations, cylinder repair, pump repair and replacement, repair of rotating assemblies, roll repair and replacements, motor replacements, and repair of mechanical drive systems.
